single origin coffee *sydney*

So it turns out my friend’s brother’s girlfriend’s cousin is one of the owners of this trendy coffee shop in Surry Hills. Something like that anyway. Does that make me more hipster by association?!
Please note that I took these photos a while ago – they aren’t selling out-of-date coffee! Clearly I also deserve a slap over the wrist for not photographing a coffee. Losing hipster points for that.

You are SO hipster! But, you do lose hipster points for not taking photos of your latte with Instagram. Shame on you!

Totally hipster and great photos – love the below the waist shots of people. This will be on the list of places to go when we return. I tell you what, I do miss Australian coffee!

Ah this is the reason i miss living in inner city. So many great great cafes at your doorstep.
I just sighed out loud… strong pang of homesickness. Sydney and Melbourne do the funky coffee scene so well – it’s one of the things I miss most about home. Your photos evoke that relaxed, weekend vibe so beautifully I *almost* feel like I’m there : )
