Very funny notepads from my sister-in-law
Lamps, jazz music, roast dinner and a great night at home
Borrowed my friend’s book so I could finally understand more of the movie character
Lunch of lettuce, beans, fetta, tuna and sundried tomatoes
Snacking on grape tomatoes on our couch
Finally found a sunscreen I don’t react to! Jojoba oil as a moisturiser underneath.
One of my dog’s favourite toys. Love our new floors.
Using bunches of mint as if they’re a bunch of flowers in the kitchen
Takeaway coffee sitting outside chatting with my husband

Loved this post! So simple, but so inspirational – it made me want to eat better (your salad looks amazing!), rest more and make my space prettier. I love the idea of bunches of mint instead of flowers.
Beautiful photos x
Ps – Where did you get those napkins? They are adorable!
I so want to read Breakfast at Tiffany’s, love the movie. Mint is divine. And your salad looks gorgeous.

Ditto on the salad. It looks so fresh and luscious! And I love the notebooks with a sense of humor. Lovely post…enjoying home and the simple pleasures. Thanks for your beautiful images (and your lovely thoughts on my blog). ox
That napkin is gorgeous. I love your floors! They would look gorgeous. And the mint is so summery. Love it all!
Yum that salad looks delicious and makes me want to eat salad for lunch today! Also I love the idea of using the mint as a decorative piece at home – it’s always so nice to have fresh anything around the house and the mint is so simple and practical.
PS I went with the darker pair of jeans…more versatile!

What a bunch of loveliness
Mm, yummy salad, and Breakfast at Tiffany’s is a great read. If you enjoy it, I’ve just got my husband onto the the Capote reader which is a mix of funny and poignant fiction and non-fiction. His short story ‘Lola’ is my favourite.
I am totally making that salad. Such a yummy idea! Also loving the fresh mint in the pretty vase (also doing this) and of course the little buddy’s toy alligator on those beautiful floors! Fun post. ( :
Wow, these photos really inspire me, they have such great composition.
I love hearing/seeing what other people’s lives are like. It’s so interesting. Thanks for the peek!
oh, i NEED those notepads. so delightful.
Hello my dear! This is me officially playing blog catch-up. I love your photos (as usual), and you’ve captured many beautiful things.
I actually preferred the book to the movie of Breakfast at Tiffany’s … I found it grittier and really expanded on the personalities / motives of the main characters.
I love your floor – I’m trying to decide what to do with ours at the moment too.
