There are a couple of great exhibitions finishing soon. I would recommend heading to the Henri Cartier-Bresson Exhibition in Brisbane and Primavera in Sydney if you can. My photos from Primavera are coming in the next post.

The Henri Cartier-Bresson exhibition has got to be one of my favourite exhibitions I’ve ever visited. I loved his style of street journalistic photography, his clever compositions and use of shadows amid the architecture. So many of his images were so rich in stories that I stood there following one aspect to another. Maybe that was how he meant us to read them or maybe that’s just my tunnel vision perspective, but regardless, it was captivating! If you love street, journalistic, portrait and black and white photography, I would definitely recommend this exhibition.

I really enjoyed this exhibition! Do you know Jas at She did a little project framing her favourite prints from the show… you might like it if you haven’t seen already!
