new orleans – cream grey beige

11 November 2010

Inspired by the beautiful blog, Little Brown Pen, I am looking at New Orleans through colours today. With a dash of red, you can see it is anything but bland.

The lovely handmade soaps can be bought from the talented and even lovelier Emily at her Etsy shop, The Sweet Olive Soapworks. She ships internationally too. I love that she is carrying on a tradition that was taught to her by her Grandma. Also, visit blogger Mallory at Miss Malaprop for indie and environmentally/socially responsible creations, her journey through it all and life in NOLA.

This is my final NOLA post in this series from our holiday. But certainly not the last time I shall think of it, recount stories about it or look at the images.
